Chiropractor

Sara Leonhardt D.C.

Dr. Sara Leonhardt is a hands-on practitioner who practices the Gonstead Technique. She adjusts full spine. At every visit, Dr Sara uses a Nervoscope to check the spine for differences in heat, which helps her to be very specific and precise as to where she adjusts. All patients wear a gown so that Dr Sara can examine their spine on every visit.

Dr Sara is also certified in pediatrics. Certified in Webster's Technique, she is able to help pregnant moms have an easier pregnancy, labor and delivery. She loves to check newborns right after birth to make sure they start off with a healthy nervous system.

From the young to the elderly, Dr. Sara's mission is to help everyone with their health goals and to make sure that their nervous system is functioning at its top potential. She has a strong chiropractic philosophy from the Fountainhead of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.

In her spare time, Dr. Sara loves to spend time with her husband, 5 children, as well as cook delicious meals, exercise and to be active. Dr. Sara loves to talk nutrition as well!

Learning how the body works and discovering different modalities is a lifelong passion of mine. For over 7 years I treated patients with laser at a podiatrist office.

My curiosity and desire to help people beyond feet have led me to Dr. Sara. Being involved in many family members' health issues has given me a different view of wellness. I enjoy people of all ages and all their wonderful stories. I make time for my family (husband, 3 grown children with spouses and 2 grandchildren) and friends whether a big adventure traveling to a simple cup of tea/coffee. Daily time in nature with my dog or one of my two Grandpuppies, is so relaxing.

I have been working with Dr Sara for about 3 years. I love getting to know the patients and watching them heal from the inside out. Chiropractic care changed my life; it drastically improved my seasonal allergies that I had been suffering with for 15 years, and also made my third pregnancy almost pain-free!
